Effective October 15, 2026. This page describes the TrendCoda website and its current development-stage services.
What we collect
TrendCoda currently does not offer visitor accounts, subscriptions, comment forms or a mailing list. We do not ask visitors to provide their name or email address to browse trend information.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical information associated with requests, such as IP addresses, browser details, request paths, timestamps and security or error logs. This helps deliver the service, investigate failures and protect it from abuse. We do not currently use those logs to identify visitors for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The TrendCoda application does not currently set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not currently deploy an advertising network, behavioral tracking pixels or a visitor analytics platform. These practices may change only with an update to this policy and any required notices or consent controls.
External services
Our website may load typography from Google Fonts, which can cause your browser to connect directly to Google's servers. We link to providers including Google Trends, YouTube and Bluesky, and those services have their own privacy practices once you follow a link. Their privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
Trend data and API access
TrendCoda gathers publicly accessible topic information from supported data providers. This material relates to topics and public content, rather than being collected directly from individual visitors to our website. The public Data Transparency page explains current source limitations.
Retention and protection
We aim to limit stored technical information to what is needed to operate and protect the service. Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain their own operational logs and retention schedules. We restrict application credentials to server-side environment variables and do not publish them in client code.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without creating an account. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal information held about you. We will review applicable requests submitted through our contact address.
